History
In 12th century ,a Duke’s widow in Bordeaux married to the British king and the wine industry in this region began to develop and export to the UK. Bordeaux region is located in the southwest of France, the Atlantic coast of Gironde, Gironde Bay and the two rivers which are Dordogne River and Garonne. The region is divided into four parts: Médoc and Haut-Médoc, Saint-Emilion and the area of Bordeaux and east region. Bordeaux and Bordeaux’s other region, CoTes de Bordeaux, ,Sauterne and Graves. It is maritime climate in Bordeaux region, humid in spring, hot and dry in summer, mild and rainy in autumn and winter. This region already have about 2000 years history of producing wine, 75% -80% of them are red wine, 2% -3% is sweet wine, the rest of them are dry white wine. Bordeaux wines are usually mixed wines, most of which are made from 3-4 grape varieties . There are 5 varieties of grapes in Bordeaux .Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Malbec. Bordeaux has more than 250,000 hectares of vineyards, each year Bordeaux produce 6.6 million bottles of wine, accounting for 10% of French wine production.

Style / taste
Graves and Graves Superieurs white wine are dry, and has a delicate fragrance and multi-faceted flavor. Red wine has spices and dusty taste, mixed with tobacco notes. Margaux, Saint-Julien, Saint-Estephe and Pauillac included in Haut-edoc. Moulis and Listrac ,red wine in these regions have a full-bodied, heavy textured and full of sweet fruit flavor. Pomerol and Lalande-de-Pomerol red wine are rich, with velvet-like taste and distinctive fragrance. Wine become more and more elegant because of aging. Saint Emilion red wine are gravy, has a clear flavor of spices. The Fronsac and Canon-Fronsac red wines are rich and distinctive, with a unique Sinclair flavor. Sauternes and Barsac are famous for producing dazzled honey sweet white wines. The sweet spirits of Cerons, Loupiac, St-Croix-du-Mont and Cadillac are milder and easier to drink. Entre-Deux-Mers white wine are dry, will give you a fresh feeling, red wine are easy to drink andwell-balanced Cotes de Bourg, Premieres Cotes de Blaye, Premieres Cotes de Bordeaux and Graves de Vayres wine are heavy on fruit flavors.
Castilion region only producing red wine, authentic, rich, very mellow and delicate. The wine of the Castillon region is dressed in a dark wine skirt with a rich aroma of red fruits (strawberries, raspberries ...) and drupes (plums, cherries ...)fragrance. Wine aromas keep changing every yea, but there are always plums dry or leather scents. pure, round, soft, strong, the tannin is heavy but has changed to a very delicate taste, to ensure the rich flavor. Aftertaste is wonderful. The wine in this region is mellow, rich, very delicate, suitable for enjoy when its young, but also suitable for collection. Merlot is the main grape variety. Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon usually blended together. Violent wars, ancient vineyards ,for the historians, Castille-La-Bardaye City remind us of British were defeated by Argentina in the hundred year’s war. For wine lovers, this name remind us of the ancient vineyards in here. Castillo de Côte d'Ivoire has the highest quality soils: the soil on the side of the hillside and on the high ground are calcareous clay and sandstone (calcareous sandstone detritus). The wine produced from here is rich and strong. Because here is close to the river, the soil on the foot of the mountain and alluvial soils are mainly mud and sand, and some gravel. The wine produced from here are soft, charming and warm. The AOC wines are also sold under the name Bordeaux.
