Réduois is a sub region of the Jura / Savoie region and is a legal production where produces Jura straw wine, it is produced in a very special way, dry the grapes on the straw mat, or on a wicker mat, or hanging for at least six weeks, the purpose is to obtain a natural air-dried concentrated grape berries.
