The northern part of Valchoux is near the inland, but also effected by the highlands, the temperature is low, the wine is more sour, which makes it more fresh. Les Baux de Provence is a small producing areas located between coteaux d’aix-en-provence and rhone River, wine style of it is more rich, with some Rhone style.
